Quick Update    09:36am 29/08/2007   Damn. Busy busy busy! Okay, quick round up on what's been going on... Thursday night, I hung out with my girlz theantijoss and redscorner online and had a freaking blast. You gals ROCK and I adore you both beyond words! Friday night, Billy was over to work on some stuff around the house, so he and Dom hung out while I worked on the comic book. Saturday afternoon/night we had Danyelle and Maddy's birthday party at our place, and I proceeded to drink entirely too much alcohol, stay up way too late and have way too good of a time. Sunday I spent mostly hung over as hell, feeling like total crap (one of these days, I'll learn...), working on the comic and working on the graphic telaryn bid for in the fire_fic charity auction. I finished up the banner for her that evening. Monday night I went to pick up Dom from the metro on my way home from work, sat there for half an hour, finally called him and found out the trains were totally down. I had to drive all the way out to Landmark Mall to get him. We got home at like, 9:30pm, ate, did a couple things around the house, watched an episode of SPN and passed out. Last night was a little more sane. We still had dinner late because we didn't get home till 7:30 and Dom wanted to make chicken soup (from scratch), but we finished eating at a decent hour. I gathered up all my costume clothing for Dragon*Con, figured out what clothes I wanted and washed the ones that needed washing. Got telaryn's banner up for her, and watched two eps of SPN. Work has been rough. Learning SharePoint from scratch is not nearly as simple as one might think when you're only using online tutorials. I mean, the tutorials are simple enough to follow, the just don't WORK like they say they're supposed to. It's VERY freaking frustrating. I'm just praying that the books I had them order will be here when I get back from vacation. They should be. I'm going to be doing some writing while on the road to Dragon*Con! Projects I am working on: Fluffathon fic - due September 8th Buffy/Angel fic for charity auction, due by September 23rd Faith/Dean fic for charity auction, 2100 words and counting, due by end of September Tonight I'll be packing and getting together every last little thing needed for our trip.
